Step 1 – First enquiry and meeting
The next step of your home journey is only a phone call away! We will send you a pack to go through before we meet. Through this process you will meet with James from concept to competition. We can’t wait to discuss your design feel and home goals.
Step 2 – Concept design and specifications
This is where the fun starts! Receive your personalised concept design and specifications for your home using our expert knowledge, innovation and alignment with your dreams, requirements and budget.
Step 3 – Price estimate supplied
Once you’ve approved the concept drawing, an estimate of the build cost will be created. This allows you to determine whether the proposed drawing is within your budget specifications and we can tweak and work to suit your dreams vs your budget.
Step 4 – Working drawings, specifications/inclusions
Our design team will finalise the working drawings and specifications and inclusions of your new home. We will give you a complete set of drawings to begin.
Step 5 – Final building quotation and signed contract
The next step is finalising all your paperwork. We will ensure you aware of any relevant approvals to commence construction. We believe in complete transparency and no hidden fees or costs.
Step 6 – Council approval
We will submit any required documents to the Council and will keep you updated throughout the process.
Step 7 – Construction
Now to see your ideas come to life! We will let you know your start date and provide you with regular updates on the progress of your build. We are here for you throughout the build from completion to commencement.
Step 8 – Handover of your new home
The part you’ve been waiting for… walking through the door of your brand-new home!
James will meet you on the site of your brand-new home with your keys and a massive grin.
If you own or have purchased your block of land, we would love to meet you on your block to discuss your vision, goals and process for your future build. This complimentary meeting is where we discuss all of your ideas that allow us to tailor a concept design and specifications and price estimate for your new home.

If you are ready to have your dream home designed and built by us you’re at the right place. Whether you have your own land or we can assist in this process too. Our plans are just are something we are proud of and include a range of additional inclusions.
